Welcome to The Beehive Hub, it’s great to see you here!
By using thebeehivehub.co.uk or the services offered by it, you are agreeing to the following terms of service.
Please read these carefully, they have been created to ensure that The Beehive Hub is safe and fun for everyone.
By attending our sessions, events or becoming a member, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Please note these may be changed when deemed necessary. We may supplement these Terms of Service with additional terms specific to events or competitions. These additional terms will be clearly placed.
General Rules.
Parents/carers are Soley responsible for their child/ren when attending sessions/events.
Please supervise your child/ren so they remain safe. This includes the use of all materials and equipment and to ensure that you and your child/ren behave in a way to not cause injury or abuse to other children or adults.
At all times, please follow the instructions and guidelines imposed by The Beehive Hub, the venue or other authorities, whose only goal is your child’s, and your safety and enjoyment.
The Beehive Hub reserves the right to request anyone to leave if their behaviour is likely to threaten the safety or enjoyment of others.
ALL our weekly sessions and events are a NUT FREE ZONE. Please do not bring/buy any food/snacks that contain nuts. We are an allergy friendly company. It is your responsibility to make The Beehive Hub aware if you have any Allergies or Intolerances.
We make every effort to supply items that are either edible, non-toxic/ hypoallergenic. However, we advise that all materials provided including foodstuffs are not to be consumed by the babies/toddlers as some products (despite being edible) may present a choking hazard. We do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any accident, allergic reaction or illness found to be directly attributed from any product or item provided. It remains the responsibility of the parent/guardian in attendance for supervising the children they are accompanying.
We do not keep any finished or part finished work from session activities. All materials or work remaining will be discarded. Please make sure you take your child’s work away with you.
To help stop the spread of infectious diseases, if you or your child/ren are poorly please avoid coming to our sessions/events until you/they are well enough. We ask you to be mindful of others who may be pregnant, Newborns or those with low immune systems. You and your child should remain at home if he, she or you have had a fever, vomited, or had diarrhoea within the past 48 hours or are exhibiting contagious cold symptoms (usually during the first few days of a cold) or any symptoms of COVID-19. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to sessions/events if we feel that the child or adult is too ill to participate.
If you see another child with a runny nose or cough, do not automatically assume the child is contagious. Allergy symptoms can resemble cold symptoms.
If you are stuck at home, please do reach out to The Beehive Hub, we are happy to send printable activity's or recommend easy play ideas to keep your little ones occupied whilst you recover.
Website and Memberships.
Although portions of thebeehivehub.co.uk may be viewed by anyone who visits, you will need to register a account and have an up-to-date membership in order to access the member only area.
When you become a member with us you are stating that you are over 18 years of age or are a minor over 13 years of age with parental consent to use the services. PLEASE NOTE we recommend minors discuss these terms and conditions with their parents or legal guardian before they complete any registration process or provide us with any information about themselves.
You agree that any information you provide to us about yourself upon registration or at any other time will be true, accurate and complete and that you will ensure that this information is kept accurate and up to date at all times. We reserve the right to terminate your membership and access to any services if The Beehive Hub learns that you have provided false or misleading registration information.
One Month memberships are non-refundable. If you purchase a 6- or 12-month membership and cancel within 14 days we will refund you minus the events you may have attended. Please email thebeehivehubfleet@gmail.com to request your refund.
Promotions and offers are non-refundable, not exchanged for cash, and not transferable to other Members or Non-members. They are valid for the promotion duration stated at the communication time and cannot be redeemed with other offers. When redeeming, please quote the promotional reference contained in our correspondence. We reserve the right to withdraw promotional codes at any time
Non-Members.
Non-members are required to abide by our Terms and Conditions as set out in this document. By attending any session, you herby agree to the Terms in this policy.
Non-members can only book sessions and events on the website that are open to Non-members. You cannot book member only events.
Non-members are not entitled to discounts on events unless otherwise stated. It is our discretion to offer discounts or voucher codes.
These can be removed at any time without prior notice.
Payments are non-refundable.
WhatsApp Community And Facebook Group.
When you purchase your first Membership Subscription you will be invited to join our Facebook group.
If you purchase the 6- or 12-month memberships we invite you to join a WhatsApp community group.
If you request to be added to either group you agree to the Terms and Conditions stated below.
As Admins we may not read every post, please be aware we cannot guarantee all posts and comments will be accurate, friendly or appropriate.
Whilst we require all members to follow the Terms and Conditions you understand using the Facebook Group or/and WhatsApp community group is at your own risk. If you see a message which you believe breaks the following standards, please report it to an Admin immediately. All reports are reviewed as soon as possible during normal office hours.
We ask that you are kind and courteous to fellow members. We encourage a safe, welcoming and friendly environment for everyone. As the saying goes, if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything. You alone are responsible for the content of your messages, the consequences of your posts and your use of The Beehive Hub social media pages, Facebook Group, WhatsApp Community Group and Website.
We respect everyone's opinions. Judgments will not be made in terms of how you feed your child, if you do/do not vaccinate or how expensive the car seat you chose was! We are here to support each other on our parenting journey. Please remember all our experiences are unique to us as individuals/families. Advise is helpful, Judgement is not.
We are an inclusive community; Bullying of any kind isn’t allowed, and degrading comments about things such as race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated. You will have one warning. After that you will be removed from any Facebook or WhatsApp community group and any membership to The Beehive Hub will be cancelled and not refunded. We will ask you to not attend any sessions or events for the safety of our members.
You must not post, distribute or send any illegal material of any kind, including but not limited to, illegal material in the form of text, graphics, video, programs or audio. Posting content or participating in any form of discussion with the intention to commit any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
The Beehive Hub reserves the right in its absolute discretion at any time to edit, alter, delete or move any material posted to the community pages and social media accounts. The Beehive Hub will not enter into any discussions about its decision to edit, alter, delete or move said material. The Beehive Hub may at any time, and without prior or post warning, close discussions on social media pages, the WhatsApp Community or Facebook group as it feels appropriate. No discussion will be entered into.
Being part of our community requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group must stay in the group. NO SCREENSHOTTING ALLOWED, members found to be screenshotting or sharing other people’s posts or comments outside of the group will be removed.
Whilst we might share our own personal experiences, please remember we are not medical professionals; we do not know your/your child's extensive medical background/history. You will be advised to contact your health visitor, GP, or midwife. If you believe your child needs urgent medical attention, please call 111, 999, or visit your nearest emergency department.
Photography and Video.
From time to time, we may request to take photographs or shoot video during weekly sessions/events to use for marketing and promotional purposes, which may include, but is not limited to, use on social media, promotional materials or our website.
You will be asked at booking and on arrival whether or not you consent to being included in these images or footage. Where images are used in this way no additional personal information or names will be linked to them, unless specific additional permission is sought from the individuals involved.
The Beehive Hub is happy for you to take photographs of your own child during weekly sessions/events. If you wish for another child to be in the picture or share on public platforms, please seek permission from the adult accompanying that child to check they are ok with it. If you do share on social media don't forget to tag us! We love to see the fun you got up to!
If you upload photographs you agree:
You are over the age of 13;
You have reviewed and agree to comply with these Terms of Service (unless you are aged 14-17 years old, in which case, your parent or guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms of Service on your behalf
The photograph has not been modified or altered in any manner so as to distort or misrepresent any individual or thing depicted in the photograph
The photograph does not contain any personal information such as a name, phone number or email address
Photographs of offensive materials may not be posted.
The Beehive Hub reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove or not post any photograph, for any reason If you would like to have your photo removed, please contact us to let us know
Policies, Insurance and Liability.
A copy of the company’s public liability insurance, Safeguarding Policy and any Risk assessments are available on request.

We treat your privacy very seriously and we understand that you will wish to know how we will use the information we collect from you or that you provide to us. Please see our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. All use of your personal information will be in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation
You understand and agree that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of thebeehivehub.co.uk or any of our Social Media pages/Groups is at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data.
The Beehive Hub has no responsibility for the deletion of or failure to store e-mail messages or for any problems with its personal home page service. Whilst the security of your personal information is a priority to us, you should be aware that emails you send to us are not necessarily secure when they are transmitted to us. If your communication to us or any third party is sensitive or includes highly confidential information such as credit card number, you may want to provide it in person instead.
The Beehive Hub is not liable for any damage or loss to personal property whilst you attend our sessions/events.
The Beehive Hub will not accept any liability for any accident or injury (including any fatality) to any parent, child, guest or visitor that may occur on any premises or within the grounds/car park of premises, other than liability which may arise from the negligence of the Company. Any such incidents must be reported to The Beehive Hub immediately.
The Beehive Hub is not responsible for any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly, by the information or ideas contained, suggested or referenced in any sessions/events, social media Facebook Groups or community WhatsApp group
Your participation and membership with The Beehive Hub are solely at your own risk. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from The Beehive Hub shall create any warranty not expressly made in these terms of service or imposed by law. The views expressed in our WhatsApp or Facebook group and by third parties in comments on social media are not those of The Beehive Hub.
The Beehive Hub may modify or discontinue The Beehive Hub with or without notice to you and without liability to you or any third party.
Third Party Websites, Goods and Services.
The Beehive Club may provide links to third party websites from time to time that are not affiliated with The Beehive Hub (although our branding may appear on these sites). We make no representations as to the quality, suitability, functionality or legality of any sites to which we may provide links or any goods or services available from such sites.
All matters concerning any goods and services that you purchase from a third-party site, including without limitation all contract terms are solely between you and the owner of that site.
The Beehive Hub will not be liable for any costs or damages to you or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any third-party website. You hereby waive any claim you might have against The Beehive Hub with respect to any such sites.
Terminations.
If the Beehive Club deems you are in breach of any of the company's terms and conditions or considers your behaviour inappropriate or otherwise unacceptable it will be entitled to restrict, suspend or terminate your membership. We may also deny you access to The Beehive Hub sessions, events, social media pages, Facebook Group and WhatsApp Community group. The restriction, suspension or termination of our service pursuant to this section will be without prejudice to any rights which The Beehive Hub may have against you in respect of your breach of these Terms of Service.
Applicable Law.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
The Beehive Hub shall be entitled to disclose your user identity and details if required or requested by the courts or other law enforcement authorities and/or agencies as per our Safeguarding Policy.
We want all our members to feel supported and safe. We ask that everyone is polite and respectful so we can enjoy all our groups and events. We cant wait to become a part of your circle.
